2 sticks butter
Saltine crackers (48 singles?)
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
optional: chopped pecans
Melt together brown sugar and butter and let boil for 3 minutes (don't stir once it starts to boil).
Line a large sheet pan with tin foil. Spray with oil. OR use parchment paper.
Lay saltines, salt side up, side by side, on tin foil.
Spread toffee evenly over top of saltines.
Bake at 350 for 5 - 8 min.
Immediately pour chocolate chips over top, let melt, then spread evenly.
Top with chopped pecans for an even crunchier bark.
Let cool in fridge for an hour before cutting (or breaking) into piecesl
