Baked Crab Rangoons

 

8 oz. cream cheese (low-fat)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 T Paprika
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. soy sauce
8 oz. crabmeat
36 - 40 wonton wrappers

  • Beat cream cheese and mayo, then add remaining ingredients, folding in the crabmeat.  
  • Spoon 2 teaspoons filling into the center of a wonton wrapper.  Cover remaining wrappers with a damp paper towel until ready to use.  
  • Moisten wrapper edges with water.  
  • Fold opposite sides over filling, pressing centers together to seal.  Repeat with remaining sides, making a four-pointed star.  
  • Place on an ungreased baking sheet.  
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 18 min.
