Recipe: Homemade Cheese Crisps

OMG, these are so easy and so delicious!  They're so expensive to purchase at the store, and you can whip one of these up from fridge to noshing in less than a minute and a half.

How?  Rip off a piece of parchment paper about 6-inches wide.  Shake on some shredded cheddar cheese - perhaps a heaping tablespoon? - and spread it around a bit.  Fold over the parchment paper so that the pile of cheese is now covered with paper.  Place in the microwave.  I place a plastic peanut butter lid on top to hold the paper down.

Set the microwave to one minute.  And that's it!

SO GOOD!!!
