Kids Who Are Different
Here's to the kids who are different,
The kids who don't always get A's.
The kids who have ears twice the size of their peers',
And noses that go on for days . . .
Here's to the kids who are different,
The kids they call crazy or dumb,
The kids who don't fit, with the guts and the grit,
Who dance to a different drum . . .
Here's to the kids who are different,
The kids with the mischievous streak,
For when they have grown, as history's shown,
It's their difference that makes them unique.

Is it ok to use this poem in print, now that the author has died?
Did this site need permission to use it?
I see no copyright information so am hoping no permission is required to use it in print.
I'm trying to find out my self if I can use this poem for on shirts and stuff. I have searched the Internet and can't find no info if this poem is still copyrighted or not
Great post
